About malika baig

Malika Baig is a trained dancer ,a celebrity choreographer and the Artistic director of renowned dance company Ol’ That Jazz which is into dance education for children and adults, corporate weddings , music videos and event choreography.   She has been trained in kathak from Pandit Shambhu Maharaj’s kathak academy DHWANI and In international dance styles - JAZZ , BALLET , MODERN CONTEMPORARY BOLLYWOOD FREESTYLE URBAN AND DANCEHALL from Mr. Ashley’s Lobo’s Danceworx and Shiamak Davar’s institute of performing arts.

She has been actively working in the event industry for the past 13 years an a Performing Artist , Choreographer, Anchor , Judge for various events and as a Groomer for beauty pageants.

During her school days she represented her school at both the state and the national level including the very prestigious republic day parade 2002-2005, as the president of the dance society of her college she won many accolades by  performing at various college festivals all over india including bits Pilani, iim Lucknow , IIT delhi etc. She is also trained by choreographers like BRYAN ( so u think u can dance fame) , Johannes Boeing , Yoko , Mr. Santosh Nair & Ms. Vidha Lal . She worked with Birla Vidya Niketan School as a dance teacher and has choreographed innumerable shows for the school. She attented and conducted workshops in styles like jazz and paso doble in Spain For Sagrat de Cor School , Barcelona. She also choreographed shows for the spain and the Greece Embassy and was personally appreciated by the ambassador of Greece.She has also served as a judge for various inter school and inter college competitions such as Scindia school Gwalior ,Gargi college , DCAC , St.Stephens , NDIM , RLA College , Maulana Azad medical college and many more. Has served as a ECA panel judge at the prestigious JESUS AND MARY COLLEGE. Ms. Baig’s list of clients include brands like Hero motor corp, Bacardi , Dentsu, BIG FM , ZEE TV ,  LIONS CLUB VEG , RED EXILIOR, ROTARY CLUB SOUTH DISTRICT, DLF MALL OF INDIA , SELECT CITY WALK and NDTV . Her company Ol'that jazz has now entered into the music video industry and has successfully completed projects with Mr. Deep Money and Ali quli mirza ( ex-big boss contestant) , kulwinder billa , shivjot , Meet kaur, Himanshi khurana and Canadian Dj Emenes. she has also worked for various EVENT MANAGEMENT corporate giants like Percept D mark and Fountain Head as a part of her projects and is currently working as Dance teacher at APEEJAY SCHOOL SAKET.

Our company comprises of 11 instructors who are highly trained expert professionals in their respective dance style that makes our company and its productions extravagant in every form. With such a multi talented and capable task force the organisation was established to enable introspective growth and creative development. OTJ’s in house production Exuberance is one such example of amalgamation of various dance forms to give a unique cultural and aesthetic and experience. Company’s Artistic Director Ms. Malika Baig is trained in kathak Jazz Modern contemporary Ballet and Hip hop from reputed institutions like SDIPA , The Dance worx and Dhwani. She has many national and international dance performances to her credit and through her journey of more than a decade into the industry has choreographed innumerable shows for popular brands that have been a spectacular delight for the audience.

OTJ emerged as an entertainment brand spreading its wings to the corporate world and is proudly associated with event management giants like Dentsu , Fountainhead , Percept D Mark and Vibgyor.

OTJ specialises in stage shows dance events / performances , wedding choreography, music video choreography and corporate dance / fitness classes.
